We strongly recommend all customers use our 24-hour free trial before purchasing. Due to the nature of digital streaming, we generally do not offer refunds once a full subscription is activated.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties, our 24/7 support team is committed to fixing the issue within 48 hours. If we cannot resolve a confirmed server-side issue, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Refund Window

Any refund requests based on "accidental purchase" must be made within 2 hours of payment and before the account has been used to stream content.

Non-Refundable

No refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or for local internet/ISP issues outside of our control.
