Flickhaven takes copyright infringement seriously. This policy outlines how we handle DMCA takedown requests and counter-notices in compliance with applicable copyright law.
1. Overview
Flickhaven respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable UK copyright law, we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the procedures set out below.

3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following in writing: 1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative. 2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) you claim has been infringed. 3. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on our service. 4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, and email). 5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
4. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing: 1. Your physical or electronic signature. 2. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location. 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. 4. Your name, address, and telephone number. 5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant court. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days, we may restore the removed material.
5. Repeat Infringers
Flickhaven maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Users found to be repeatedly or willfully infringing copyright will have their accounts terminated immediately without refund.
6. Disclaimer
Flickhaven is not affiliated with any television networks, broadcasters, or content providers. We do not host or store any video content. Our service provides access to streams via third-party infrastructure. We respond promptly to all valid DMCA notices and cooperate fully with rights holders and law enforcement.
